2. Description of Service

RepoClip is an AI-powered service that generates promotional videos from GitHub repositories. We analyze your code and create videos with narration, visuals, and animations.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only submit repositories you have the right to use and share
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your code and content. By using RepoClip, you grant us a limited license to process your code for the purpose of generating videos.

Videos generated by RepoClip are owned by you, subject to the usage rights granted by your subscription plan.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

6. Limitation of Liability

RepoClip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
